About the Role

Reporting to our Associate Managing Director, the Community Recruiter will be responsible for growing and cultivating our community of 12,000+ thought leaders, identifying new and leading voices in culture and developing various streams of engagement; driving referral programs and brand ambassador strategy.

  • Community Cultivation: Manage and drive an influencer community (shaping the experience of 13k and counting) that is measurable and scalable, including analyzing and optimizing trends, gathering community insights, collecting sentiment and feedback to improve community experience and needs and supporting community members to understand the impact of their contribution.
  • Influencer Recruitment: Develop and execute strategic plan to drive community engagement and growth/at scale in partnership with aligned Gauge teams. 
  • Customer Service: Proactively develop opportunities to address concerns for community members including but not limited to training, outreach and community connection points.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine, enhance or improve our core products to better serve and grow our influencers community.
